When will tickets ship? How do I update my shipping address?

Tickets will ship to you about a month before the festival. If you need to change your shipping address, log in to your Front Gate Tickets account, click “sign in” then manage your order and shipping address there.

If you purchase your ticket within seven days of the festival, you will pick up your wristbands at Will Call located at the Box Office.

If you do not receive your tickets 7 days before the event, please reach out to Front Gate Ticket to report them missing. You can then visit Wristband Assistance once you arrive at the festival to receive a replacement. Please bring your order confirmation from Front Gate Tickets and your government-issued ID.

Please Note: If your tickets were purchased using a layaway plan, they will not be shipped until the layaway plan is paid in full.
