Where is the Box Office? And what are the hours?

The Box Office is located at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Ida B. Wells South

Please visit this location to pick up Will Call orders, upgrade tickets (if available), or to receive support for tickets purchased through the Ticketmaster Verified Exchange.

If you need a wristband replacement, lost your package in the mail, or have any other issues with your wristband, please visit our Wristband Assistance location instead of the Box Office.

*A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets.

Box Office hours will be available closer to the festival dates. Check back later.
