Help - I never received my wristband

If you never received your wristband(s), you can head to Wristband Assistance at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Ida B. Wells North. Once you arrive at the festival and we will be able to provide a replacement for you. Please bring your order number from Front Gate Tickets along with your government-issued ID. 

Please note: we are only able to assist you if you purchased your wristband directly from our website, Front Gate Tickets or the Ticketmaster Verified Exchange. We cannot assist with orders purchased through third parties.
